Biography
Amy savage completed her PhD from the University of Yale .she completed her B.S from the University of Connecticut, with a double major in Pathobiology and Animal Science.Then She Completed her M.S. from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, where her research Focused on vector-borne parasites of birds. Amy has investigated the impact of parasitism on Bacteria l symbionts residing in the fly as well as on the tsetse host transcriptome. Finally, recent work Examined the role of fly tissues in bacterial and parasitic pathogen invasion of tsetse. At Bard since 2012.

Biography
Max Werneck completed his Masters and Ph.D from University of Estadual,Paulista,Botucatu-SP in General and Applied Biology.He is the Professor at the University of Center Module and also the Supervisor of research projects related to the marine environment. He also served as a Vice-President in the Argonauta Institute and co-ordinator of the rehabilitation of marine animals.He is also the author and reviewer of national and international scientific journals.He is currently working as a consultant -director of BW veterniary advice technical consultant PROMONTAR project in Angra dos Reis/RJ.

Veterinary medicine area related to marine animals especially turtles,its diseases and parasitology, environmental conservation.
Biography
Dr. Wozniak completed BS degree in Zoology in 1986 from Oregon State University and his Master’s degree from University of Florida in 1989.He earned his DVM in 1993 and PhD in comparative pathology in 1994 from Purdue University .He received prestigious awards from Phi Zeta and the American Association of Zoo Veterinarians due to his work on molecular epidemiology in preventive zoological medicine. In 1994 , he was also awarded as a three year NIH extramural postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California .He was appointed as the Assistant professor in 1997 at UTMB and 2001 he again appointed as assistant professor at the Saint Louis University for his work on molecular epidemiology. He was appointed as a Lieutenant Commander in the US public Health service. He joined the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) in 2008, where he serves as the Region 8 veterinarian in charge of zoonotic and vector-borne disease control. He was appointed as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas State Guard in 2010, in which he serves as the Public Health Officer for the Alamo Group Medical Response Unit.

Nora B. Molina is Specialist in Microbiology, MSc in Clinical Laboratory (National University of La Plata, 2009) and she is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences. At present, she is an Assistant Professor of Faculty of Medical Sciences, an institutional Researcher, and the Head of a Biomedical Laboratory. She has been serving as Editorial Board Member, Writing Committee Member, and Reviewer of international scientific journals. She participates in several research projects on Parasitology and has published original articles, short communications and book chapters.

She is the Deputy Director for Innovations, Head of the Laboratory of biology and biological basis for prevention of parasitic diseases in animals at All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Parasitology of Animals and Plants named after K.I. Skryabin, Ph.D. in biological sciences. In 1988-1989 she studied at Tersk Agricultural college, Veterinary division in 2003 – she graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Since 2004 has been working at All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Parasitology of Animals and Plants named after K.I. Skryabin junior, senior research associate (2008), head of the Laboratory of biology and biological basis for prevention of parasitic diseases in animals (2011), Deputy Director for Innovations (2014). More than 80 scientific works were published including articles on fundamental issues of diagnostics and prevention of parasitic diseases in wild animals. Professional Memberships: 1. Biography
Yuan Gu had completed her PhD in the Pathogen Biology from the Capital Medical University and also completed her B.S in Clinical medicine from the Nanjing Medical University. From 1995 -1999 she serves as a resident doctor in China National Petroleum Corporation central Hospital and from 2001-2002 she is an attending doctor at the China National Petroleum Corporation Central Hospital .She serves as an Associate professor in the department of microbiology and parasitology in the Capital Medical University till now. She published her immense research work which is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation.
